Over the 6 weeks, you'll follow a structured plan designed to help you improve your fitness, build good habits, and see real progress. You'll train alongside others who are pushing themselves too, making it easier to stay motivated.

At the end of the challenge, you’ll have a solid foundation and a clear path forward. If you want to keep progressing, you’ll have the option to continue training with us as a full member.
